How many years of experience do you have?

I have close to 17 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.

Why are you a Realtor?

I choose to be a Realtor because I enjoy meeting new people, and have always had a fascination with buildings and architecture.

What geographic areas do you have experience in?

I have sales experience in the GTA, Middlesex County Ontario, and in South Florida.

What are the biggest challenges fior you in the real estate industry?

Keeping up with all of the technology changes that affect the daily routine of business.

What types of property do you sell?

I sell single family residential, condos, multi-family, and other investment type properties.

Do you do open houses?

Yes. These are the most efficient way to show a home. With multiple people showing interest at the same time, fear of loss can generate higher offers and bidding wars.

What do you think about people trying to sell their home privately?

I wish them luck, and if they have the time, right type of property, and are priced right they will be successful. But the MLS will expose their home to more people who will be interested, and the higher the selling price will be.
